ASTRA BASIC

Fully automatic, multi axes CNC, diamond cutting machine projected for lapping, faceting and decorating beads as balls and ovals.
ASTRA basic is friendly to manage and workmanships are characterised by an excellent standard of quality.
Load and unload of work pieces is made in automatic or manual mode, for quick test.

The work cycle is checked and managed by the machine CNC.
Insertion data on computer connected by ethernet.
Machining head allows to operate in horizontal mode.

In horizontal mode, machining head, automatically assumes various angles till +/- 180°. Vertical head is available as optional, work cycle is performed in closed environment, in order to allow the recovery of workmanship residues.
