Fully automatic, multi axes CNC equipped with FANUC electronic, diamond cutting machine projected for decorations on wires, pipes, bars and chains with round section. Available as OPTIONAL, devices to diamond cut oval and square sections.

Version “Vision”: vision system with software to check dimensions/shape of piece to work and auto-adjustment of working position is friendly to manage and workmanships are characterised by an excellent standard of quality.

The work cycle is checked and managed by the machine FANUC CN, thanks to our customized software “user friendly” by an interface with touch-screen technology and Ethernet port for remote assistance.

Machining head allows to operate in horizontal mode or vertical, automatically assumes various angles of work till 180°.

Work cycle performed in closed environment, in order to allow the recovery of workmanship residues.
