Automatic diamond cutting machine with two modules work, designed to lapping and decorate flat, angled, concave and convex surfaces of metal chains.
Unlike the SUPERMASTER model, DEKOMATIC can carry out surface design and decoration jobs. Each working module is composed of a rotating vice with relative clutch unit and a liquid-cooled tool holder head which allows to operate both horizontally and vertically.
Through a mechanical cam system, the vises can move in a horizontal and transversal circular direction, creating asymmetrical designs. (see photo) In Horizontal mode it can be adjusted up to 0° to 180°. Up to 5 tools can be mounted, 4 of which for horizontal machining and 1 for vertical machining with motorized positioning of the head on the working point with centesimal negative stop.
The diamond-cutting process takes place in a completely closed environment to ensure the recovery of processing scraps.
Optionals on request: Additional rotary clamp for cutting 4, 6, 8 sides in one pass. “Stars head” system which allows you to perform a complete star effect with a single process.
