Automatic diamond cutting machine with 1 or 2 work modules, designed for lapping flat, angled, concave and convex surfaces of metal chains.
The working module is composed of a rotating vice with relative clutch unit and a refrigerated tool holder head which allows to operate both horizontally and vertically.
In horizontal mode it can be adjusted up to 0° to 180°. Up to 5 tools can be mounted, 4 of which for horizontal machining and 1 for vertical machining. Motorized positioning of the head on the working point with centesimal negative stop.
The diamond cutting process takes place in a closed environment to ensure the recovery of processing scraps.
OPTIONALS on request: “Satinmatic” Head to give a satin effect on surfaces Additional rotary vice for cutting 4, 6, 8 sides in a single pass of ball chain, rope chain and Venetian chain.
