Fully CNC multi-axis cutting machine automatic, designed for lapping and decoration of products with a circular section such as wires, tubes, round bars and chains.
The work process is controlled and managed by the CNC machine thanks to our “user friendly” software on a touch screen interface. Viewing the piece takes place via the LCD monitor.
The tool head allows horizontal or vertical machining and automatically assumes various working angles up from 0° to 180°. Optionals on request: equipment for machining oval and square sections.
Vision version: detects the measurements and the profile of the workpiece by self-regulating the work area which guarantees production with excellent quality standards and maximum ease of use.
The diamond cutting cycle in a closed environment, to ensure the recovery of processing residues.
