SM 400

SM 400 is an automatic diamond cutting machine, designed for lapping and flat, angled, concave and convex surfaces of metal chains for chains with 3 mm wire and 7 mm links.

The work module is composed of a rotating Diameter 380 mm vice with relative clutch group and a liquid-cooled tool holder head that allows both horizontal and vertical operation.

Rotation on its axis of 360° tilted forwards/backwards by +5°/-5° and translated forwards/backwards by +20/-20mm.

Up to 7 tools can be mounted, of which 6 for horizontal operations and 1 for vertical operations with positioning of the head on the working point with centesimal axis resolution.

The diamond cutting process takes place in a completely closed environment to ensure the recovery of processing waste.
